What to expect - Initial Consult
You will meet with your dietitian for a 60 minute online consultation.
This session is focused on understanding you and how your nutrition fits into your training and lifestyle. We take a detailed look at:
Your current nutrition intake and eating patterns
Training schedule, intensity, and performance demands
Energy levels, recovery, and any symptoms showing up in training
Medical history, injuries, and relevant health factors
Any available data such as blood work, scans, or previous assessments
Barriers that make fuelling consistently more challenging
From here, we identify key areas to focus on and set clear, realistic goals.
What to expect - Follow up sessions
You will meet with your dietitian for a 30 to 45 minute online review consultation.
These sessions focus on applying practical strategies, checking in on progress, and refining your approach to your current nutrition, dance training and goals.
Follow ups may include:
Adjustments to energy intake and macronutrient distribution
Support with fuelling, recovery, and training demands
Guidance around supplementation where appropriate
Education tailored to your current needs
Strategies to manage any ongoing challenges or symptoms
Reviewing progress and making practical changes that keep you moving forward
Ongoing sessions are designed to keep your nutrition aligned with your training, while giving you consistent, structured support.
The Dancers Edge Program
